We're happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 60 days of the original online order date. To return an item simply visit the link below to start the process and to download a prepaid shipping label.
Clothing: Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be exchanged or returned to us within 60 days of the original online purchase date.
Your original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. IsGreat will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff.
When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange quickly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and isGreat will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods that we send back to you. Please know that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
